With a background in sales and corporate training, she brings strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting professional relationships.
Community Outreach and Safety Director
Marie Patton
Marie brings 20 years of construction industry experience to her role as Director of Safety at Active Workforce. She develops and leads safety training programs, oversees compliance, and provides expertise in regulatory and policy matters. Certified as an OSHA Construction Trainer (10 & 30), Marie is also active in industry leadership as President of the NAWIC Buffalo Niagara Chapter, where she’s earned national recognition.
